PRIEMUS, Joannes Gerrit Willem “John” – 20 year Veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces, the Canadian Airborne Regiment and the Royal Canadian Navy – Peacefully at Renfrew Hospice on Thursday, September 30th, 2021 in his 60th year.
John Priemus of Pembroke, beloved husband of Karen Priemus (nee Clouthier). Loving father of JT “John” and Kimmy. Sadly missed by parents-in-law Barry (Anne Marie) Clouthier (nee Lair), by brothers-in-law Brent (Debbie) Clouthier, Ray (Debra-Lynn) Clouthier, Danny Clouthier and Jeff (Kim) Clouthier, by parents Joannes Priemus and Theadora Nichol, and by sisters Carie Priemus, Teresa Priemus and Michelle Giddings.
Respecting John ’s wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Neville Funeral Home, 491 Isabella St., Pembroke on Friday, October 8th, 2021 after 12 p.m. followed by a Service in the Chapel at 1 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Renfrew Hospice would be appreciated.
