EVERITT, Brian Kevin, CD. March 29, 1966 - November 9, 2014 Peacefully, with family at his side, at St. Mary's of the Lake Hospital following a 12 year battle with brain cancer. Brian leaves behind his loving wife Karen, of Kingston, daughter Felicia, at home, parents Clair and Muriel Everitt of Ottawa, sister Brenda St. Yves (Paul) of Ottawa and their children, and mother-in-law Joan Rafters of Petawawa. Also fondly remembered by numerous friends, especially his life-long buddy, Steve. A memorial reception will be held at the JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME RECEPTION CENTRE, 1900 John Counter Boulevard, Kingston, on Sunday, November 23, between the hours of 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm, with words of remembrance commencing at 2:00 pm. As an expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada or U.H.K.F. (St. Mary's of the Lake Hospital Palliative Care), in Brian's memory.
