Passed away 11 April 2010 - age 48
BRIDEAU, Sandra Jane “Sandy” (Nov. 15th, 1962-Apr. 11th, 2010, Military Cook) peacefully at the Belleville General Hospital while surrounded by her family on Sunday April 11th, 2010, in her 48th year. Loving daughter of Joseph and Hilla Brideau. Beloved wife of Darrell Gibbs. Loving mother of Jeff Brideau (Corrylee Lewis), Adam Brideau (Erin), and Caitlin McClinchey. Also remembered by her brother Jeffrey Brideau (Rasema) Proud grammy of Haylee and Hope Brideau. Will be sadly missed by her many friends and family throughout her military and civilian travels. At the request of Sandy, there will be a celebration of her life held from the 8 Wing Chapel on Saturday April 17th, 2010 at 2p.m. with visitation from 1:00 – 2:00p.m. As per Sandy’s wishes, in lieu of flowers, donations to the Bernadette McCann House for Women, Three Oaks Foundation, or the Canadian Liver Foundation would be appreciated. A special thanks goes out to the many Doctors, and Nurses from Quinte 5 at BGH, Doctors and staff from 24 Health Services 8 Wing Trenton, Loyalist Students and PSW’s for their exceptional care of Sandy.
