WASHBURN, Tyson - Master Corporal Tyson Jonathan David Washburn died unexpectedly on March 15, 2014 at his Home in Pembroke ON. Born in Saint John NB Apr 3, 1976 to David and Anna Marie (Cullen) Washburn. Tyson is survived by his wife Bonnie von Dungern, son Brandon of Fredericton, and step-daughter Jessica (Darren Misewich) of Halifax. Tyson is also survived by his parents and brothers Travis Washburn (Katie), Tyler Washburn (Jen, Jacob), Trent Washburn (Elba) and nieces Ava, Hannah, and Luna, as well as his uncles Owen (Sheila), Larry (deceased) (Jean)Washburn, aunts Audrey (deceased) (Doug) Magee, Barbara Dryden (Robert), and Diane (deceased) (Charles) Sloat, Ron Cullen, Murray Cullen (Beth), and numerous great aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends, as well as his son's mother Kristine Eliakis (John). Tyson was predeceased by his grand-parents Hibbert and Mabel (MacDonald) Washburn, and Richard and Veronica (Brayall) Cullen.
Visitation and services will take place at Sunbury Funeral Home in Central Blissville, New Brunswick. Visitation hours will be March 23 from 2-4 and 7-9; services will be held on March 24 at 1:00 pm with Interment at Wirral Baptist Church at a later date.Donations may be to the Wounded Warrior Fund or a charity of your choice in Tyson's name.
