Passed away 16 September 2014 - age 65
Crowe, Gordon Lee “Grizz” 65 of Dartmouth passed at home on September 16, 2014. Born in Collingwood, NS. on May 14, 1949 he was a son of Bud Crowe and the late Ruth Crowe. Gordon served in the Canadian Armed Forces for 34 years. He loved to ride and was a founding member of the Defenders Motorcycle Club. Surviving his wife Christine McRae, sons, Jason Kyle Crowe, Jody Lee Crowe, daughter Lindsay Crowe, brothers, Steve (deceased) Myrna, Harold (Cindy), Glen, Truro NS., step-daughters, Mary Ann, Allison, Stephanie, 6 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and one more on the way “Little Cub”” grandson. Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 20 from 2-4pm in Atlantic Funeral home 771 Main Street, Dartmouth. Following the celebration there will be a gathering at The Ship Victory, Windmill Road, Dartmouth starting at 5pm. A big thank-you to the VON, Halifax Police, and EMT for their care and support.
