Passed away 3 May 2019 - age 68
On the evening of May 3, 2019 Hans Warner Brau passed away suddenly at the age of 68.
Hans was born to Helena and Fritz Brau on January 29, 1951 in Nordham Germany. Hans arrived in Manitoba Canada in 1977 where he served with the Canadian Armed Forces at Shilo Manitoba. His career in the forces and as an Executive Chef took Hans around the world. His ability to relate to all people provided Hans with life long friends on many continents.
Hans is survived by his loving wife of 34 years Susan and his children Sheldon (Fiona), Christopher, Natasha (Kelly). Hans is also survived by his Grandchildren Malijha Moyan, Mya Brau, Maddex Brau, Ella Brau and many nieces and nephews.
Hans is predeceased by his parents Helena and Fritz Brau, Two sisters and Three Brothers. A Memorial Service will be held Friday May 10th, 2019 at 11:00 am in the Westlock Funeral Home. Donations gratefully accepted to the Alzheimer’s Society in c/o 10004 105 Street, Westlock, Alberta T7P 1V2.
